Anthony Martial has beaten Cristiano Ronaldo’s time to reach 50 goal involvements for Manchester United and has been tipped for greatness by club boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
According to UK Sun report, Ronaldo featured in 118 matches to reach the landmark, netting 32 times along with 18 assists.

But the 23-year-old Martial, reached the milestone after netting exceptional goal against Fulham in Sunday’s 3-0 win, scored 33 times and 17 assists in 106 matches.
Interestingly, many Man United fans and club legend Gary Neville compared Martial’s goal to Ronaldo’s strike against Fulham, 12 years ago.

Speaking after the victory at Fulham, Man United interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer applauded the forward, stressing Martial can follow Ronaldo’s foot-steps.
“Yes, it was towards the end of the game and we played a very poor game and Cristiano scored it.
“He does have similarities, of course. If he wants to be at Cristiano’s level, Anthony knows what he has to do.

“It’s up to him. He has the talent,” Solskjaer submitted.
Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Manchester United defeated 3-0 win over Fulham at the Craven Cottage on Saturday. Paul Pogba opened scoring for the Red Devils in the 14 minutes after connecting with Anthony Martial’s pass in the game.
The French midfielder then fired home a powerful shot that went into the roof of the net to give his side the lead.
